and the privileges associated with Membership. ExtrasforMovies.com
allows only one member photo per registered legitimate e-mail address.
Membership is for personal use only and is nontransferable.
3 . What
Happens if I Violate These Terms and Conditions?
Members who
violate the Terms and Conditions may have their membership terminated,
revoked, services canceled and their pages and materials, or portions
thereof, suspended, deleted or removed without warning. ExtrasforMovies.com
will not return removed materials to a member. ExtrasforMovies.com
is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from removal of
member material.

of Photo Format can I Submit?
Please attach
a jpg. to your e-mail to audition@ExtrasforMovies.com. Photo must show
your features clearly. The photograph does not have to be professionally
done but it is understood that it is at the sole discretion of ExtrasforMovies.com
photos may be enhanced or manipulated to fit the site requirements.
It is further understood that you release your photo to ExtrasforMovies.com
for the purpose of promoting our web sites and members.
6. Is Information
I Submit to ExtrasforMovies.com Kept Private?
ExtrasforMovies.com
will never release your name or other personal information without
your permission unless required by law. ExtrasforMovies.com may
use aggregated member information that does not identify any individual
member. ExtrasforMovies.com makes every effort to maintain the security
of the storage of private information, but you acknowledge that
the exchange between ExtrasforMovies.com members and others viewing
your information may not be secure. ExtrasforMovies.com encourages
members to act with due diligence when approached with offers of

for Any Claims Resulting From Your Violation of These Terms and
Conditions.
