Posted 3/18/2010 4:29:24 PM | | | Just want to thank Chris at EFM for helping me get everything done right so my new profile can be visible on the websites. She has the patience of a saint and is very helpful--- if you follow the directions. Before you start posting your profile on the site, take my word for it.... read the directions. Seriously. I goofed on the size of my photos and they could have just deleted the entire submission, but we worked together to get it right.
The EFM directions for completing and uploading all the parts of the profile can't be stated more simply. And if you follow their directions, your profile will look great, just like mine. And if you have a problem, just email the staff. They are extremely responsive (fast too) and extremely helpful. Couldn't be nicer.
Just had to take a moment to share that bit of advice and say thanks once again to Chris at EFM for her help.
