The Chronicles of Narnia is a series of fantasy films from Walt Disney Pictures and Walden Media, based on the series of novels of the same name written by C.S. Lewis in the 1950s. The exceedingly popular first installment, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, was released on December 9, 2005, while the second, Prince Caspian, is expected in mid-2008. This first pair of films is directed by Andrew Adamson and produced by Mark Johnson. The third, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, will be directed by Michael Apted and is scheduled to be released in 2010. The books had previously been adapted into a TV miniseries. Weta Collectibles is proud to present a new range of collectible polystone sculptures celebrating the release of the first installment of "The Chronicles of Narnia", Disney's The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, directed by Kiwi, Andrew Adamson. These collectibles are hand sculpted at Weta Workshop by the same team of artists who designed the armour, weapons and many of the creatures for the film.

Although peaceful by nature, the Satyrs of Narnia nonetheless muster to form an efficient light infantry in Aslan's army.

Wearing light armour and carrying slim, curved swords, Satyrs take to the field of battle under their Lord's red and gold banner, relying on their agility and speed. Though they desire nothing more than to live free in the lush Narnian forests, each is prepared to die fighting for their freedom, rather than see the tyranny of the White Witch continue.

Design Maquettes are quick sculptures used to refine the design of a creature beyond drawings and paintings, allowing the concept to be realised in a three dimensional form.
