ExtrasforMovies.com is dedicated to provide a place for talent to have their photo and resume inforamation published and made available to production staff of films and advertising projects. Membership is offered to extras and talent can elect to pay for a web page profile page or an state listing. Please review our FAQ page for more information on how to submit your photo.

Please Read These Terms and Conditions Before You Visit the ExtrasforMovies.com Site. You Must Comply With Them to Use the ExtrasforMovies.com Site or any ExtrasforMovies.com Services.

Before you submit your photo to ExtrasforMovies.com (the "Site"), or use any ExtrasforMovies.com services, it is important that you carefully review the Terms and Conditions of usage set forth below. The Terms and Conditions may be updated or changed from time to time and you should check this page periodically.

By entering and using the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound and subject to them. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions creates a binding legal agreement between you and ExtrasforMovies.com that you will comply with the Terms and Conditions and use the Site only in a manner that is consistent with these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Site is conditioned on these Terms and Conditions and your compliance with them. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not access the Site or use any of its services.

State Listing Submission: Get a reviewed within 48 hours for your submission request for only $10.00 a year for a state listing.

State listing does not guarantee a listing on our web site unless all submission details of participation are followed. Listing reveiw fee is not-refundable. Click here to read our FAQ section of the web site for more information on how to get posted on the web site

Featured Profile Personal Listing: $25.00 per year. Our featured profile page is your customized profile. It allows up to 3 photos posted, your stats and full resume. You will also be listed in the state page with a link to your personal profile. Featured profile pages are viewed more often by casting personnel for the information it provides about the individual. (ExtrasForMovies.com reserves the sole right and discretion in deciding who appears within our web site) Please read submission details carefully to insure you get listed on our site.

a. Auditions and Casting Calls

We do not list individual contact information for members listed on our website, all casting calls will be directed to our casting department and members will be notified immediately when there is an inquiry for a project via email Most times you are given as little as one day notice. You must respond to us upon receiving your casting inquiry as well as keep our staff updated on the outcome. If you do not respond or keep us advised regarding if you did or did not get the job, you will be removed from our system. In order to keep your posting or featured profile page on our site, you must respond to us in a timely manner. It is your responsibility. Our member base is no good if members do not reply or email address is not current.

b. Open Casting Calls
Currently we post Open Casting calls on our website. Since we do NOT inform members of new Open Calls that are posted, all members are encouraged to visit this page frequently to preview projects and submit for them. For this free service we ask that members advise us if they received a position through our Open Casting Call section. This helps us monitor if the Open Casting calls were successful as well as if members are using it. If you receive a job from an open casting call or personal inquiry, you are required to let us know, we may even post your photo on other pages of the website for even more exposure. (any type of listing on ExtrasForMovies.com does not guarantee work, you are submitting your profile and or photo for exposure to users of our website for casting and audition projects.)

ExtrasforMovies.com Membership is available to anyone who registers all required information (including an accurate, legitimate e-mail address) and submits a photo for publication on the ExtrasforMovies.com website. Persons under the age of 18 can become a member if they provide ExtrasforMovies.com with evidence of their parent’s or guardian’s express consent to obtain ExtrasforMovies.com Membership via email. All inquires will be considered on a case by case basis. It is understood that the posting of any photo is at the sole discretion of ExtrasforMovies.com. Responsibility for posting all submissions lies with the person submitting the request. We are not responsible for posting a submission in error. It is understood that when we receive a posting request, we will review and post; and if there is an error our sole responsibility will be to delete the posting.

Each Member is allowed to have only one ExtrasforMovies.com photo for a state listing and three or more pictures and resume for a personal web page posting published and the privileges associated with Membership. ExtrasforMovies.com allows only one member photo per registered legitimate e-mail address for a state listing. Membership is for personal use only and is nontransferable. If member registers and pays for a featured profile page, member can display up to three photos and a resume on their personal profile page.

Members who violate the Terms and Conditions may have their membership terminated, revoked, services canceled and their pages and materials, or portions thereof, suspended, deleted or removed without warning. ExtrasforMovies.com will not return removed materials to a member. ExtrasforMovies.com is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from removal of member material.

4. What Content or Materials Are Not Allowed on The ExtrasforMovies.com Site?

ExtrasforMovies.com is committed to promoting the free-flowing exchange of photos and contact information relating to Member’s interests, activities and hobbies while maintaining standards consistent with the Internet community and the societies of the world. Accordingly, no ExtrasforMovies.com Member or other user of the Site may process, digitize, post, upload, store, share or otherwise display on the ExtrasforMovies.com Site:

a. Content or material that we believe is pornographic, obscene, or of an adult or sexual nature;

b. Content or material that we believe is grossly offensive to the online community, including but not limited to, blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred and profanity;

c . Content or material that exploits children under the age of 18 or posts or discloses any personally identifying information about children under the age of 18;

d . Content or material promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting harm or injury to any group, individual or cruelty to animals including, but not limited to:

Copyrighted content or material that is used without the express permission of the owner; Photographs and other images published in books, magazines, posters, calendars, websites and other media are generally protected by copyright law. Posting or submitting this material without the owner's permission constitutes copyright infringement and may result in termination of your ExtrasforMovies.com membership.

ExtrasforMovies.com materials submitted for the Site will be examined. ExtrasforMovies.com has the absolute right (but not the obligation) to delete, move and edit content and material for any reason, in any manner, at any time, without notice. You, and not ExtrasforMovies.com, are solely responsible and liable for all communication and inquires resulting from your posted information on the ExtrasforMovies.com website.

Please attach a jpg. to your e-mail to list@ExtrasforMovies.com. Photo must show your features clearly. The photograph does not have to be professionally done but it is understood that it is at the sole discretion of ExtrasforMovies.com photos may be enhanced or manipulated to fit the site requirements. It is further understood that you release your photo to ExtrasforMovies.com for the purpose of promoting the MovieExtra.com website services.

ExtrasforMovies.com will never release your name or other personal information without your permission unless required by law. ExtrasforMovies.com may use aggregated member information that does not identify any individual member. ExtrasforMovies.com makes every effort to maintain the security of the storage of private information, but you acknowledge that the exchange between ExtrasforMovies.com members and others viewing your information may not be secure. ExtrasforMovies.com encourages members to act with due diligence when approached with offers of work. Postings and other communications on the ExtrasforMovies.com Site are not private.

7. Will I Receive E-mail From ExtrasforMovies.com as a Result of My Membership?

ExtrasforMovies.com will not send unsolicited e-mail. All ExtrasforMovies.com e-mails, including newsletters and announcements, will contain information on how to unsubscribe from that e-mail list. In the event that you receive an e-mail that you think is unsolicited, please follow the instructions contained in the e-mail for letting us know and ExtrasforMovies.com will make every effort to have your e-mail address removed from future mailings.

8. What If Materials I Submit To ExtrasforMovies.com Used on The Site Are Lost or Corrupted?

ExtrasforMovies.com urges all members to maintain backup versions of their Photos and materials to guard against losses of any kind. ExtrasforMovies.com is not responsible for any loss of data and/or files, nor is it required to return any data, resulting from MovieExtras’ suspension or deletion of data and/or files, network or system outages, file corruption or for any other reason.

9. By Becoming a ExtrasforMovies.com Member, You Agree To Indemnify ExtrasforMovies.com for Any Claims Resulting From Your Violation of These Terms and Conditions.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ExtrasforMovies.com, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, LICENSORS AND ANY OTHER PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR USE OF THE ExtrasforMovies.com SERVICE, AND THE CONDUCT OF ANOTHER ACCESSING THE ExtrasforMovies.com SERVICE THROUGH YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

ExtrasforMovies.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ExtrasforMovies.com WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE ExtrasforMovies.com SITE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By using the ExtrasforMovies.com Site you agree to personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of California.
